Have the same problem, website & new customer get it the next day........ I am upgrading and ordered 2 weeks ago, have contacted EE and they just say it’s on back order and then witter on about backing up your old phone & texting you links for SIM card activation and other stuff just to make them look like they are being helpful and distracting you from the fact that they have no idea as to when your phone will arrive! Just tell the truth… phones not available for 2/3 weeks at least we would all know when we ordered.
