For the colourful
Make a statement with the vibrant new colours on offer: blue, green, pink, yellow and white. Colour makes a statement and reveals your personality. And iPhone 5c comes in five unlike-anything-else colours. Add one of the six Apple-designed cases (sold separately), and it quickly goes from colourfully cool to impossible to ignore.
4G-Ready with Ultrafast wireless
iPhone 5c supports more networks than ever before - so that you can get a superfast connection on all the major UK networks. Now iPhone users can experience fast download speeds in even more places around the world.
iOS 7
The colourful iPhone 5c perfectly compliments the lively new iOS 7 styling. With a vibrant, lively interface and all-new features that take full advantage of the technology inside, iOS 7 works with iPhone 5c on every level.
Comments
OK, we have one in now and I can confirm it feels very solid, there's zero movement of the case either against the innards of the phone or in terms of 'flex'. If you're familiar with the iPhone 3G it has a very similar finish, but feels more solid and compact. The phone isn't 'slippy' in the hand, which I've read elsewhere, and neither does it look cheap.
Ours is blue, the best way I can describe it (petrolhead alert!) is it's a shade or two lighter than French Racing Blue.
"Unapologetically plastic" was the quote, I believe, and when our review unit arrives in a few hours we'll be updating this page with our impressions and will let you know!
Everything I've read suggests the feel is very close to the iPhone 3G and 3GS backs, and given the casing is polycarbonate with steel reinforcement and a hard lacquer coating I'm expecting it to feel very solid. Because it's slightly larger and the same weight as the already-impressive iPhone 5 I'm keen to find out how it feels in the hand.
Just how plastic is "unashamedly plastic" exactly?
